Terms and conditions

Zikura Aviation Academy, an MCAR-147 approved maintenance training organisation in the Maldives. If a company buys training for its employees, the contract is with the company. The employee is the learner, not the customer.

• Prices are shown in Maldivian rufiyaa and US dollars. You pay the price shown when you order. Later price changes do not affect your order.
• A course is bought in the learner’s name, which appears on the certificate. It cannot be moved to another person.
• You apply for a place on approved type training. You get the place when your application is approved and we have your identity and licence details.

• Each course states its access period and its attempt limit before you buy.
• Both are fixed when you enrol. Later changes to the course do not affect you.
• After the access period ends, you keep your results and certificates, but you can’t open the course.
• Continuing an open attempt does not count as a new attempt.

• You complete a course when you meet its pass rule. The rule used is saved with your result.
• A completed online course earns a Certificate of Completion. It is not a Certificate of Recognition. It does not support a type rating on its own.
• Your certificate stays valid after your access ends or a course is withdrawn.

Contact us to ask for a refund. We will tell you at the same time if you keep access to the course. For seat packages, a part refund removes only the seats refunded.

• Give us correct details. Your name, date and place of birth appear on your certificate. After a certificate is issued, you must ask us to change them.
• Do not share your sign-in. Each account is for one person. Do not complete a course for someone else.
• Do not copy, record or share course content. It belongs to us or our partners.

We aim to keep the portal working and will tell you if it is not. If we can’t deliver a course as sold, we will tell you and refund it.

We may change these terms. Changes apply only to new orders. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed.
